Sells by the pair or by the box( sizes 000 & 00 come in boxes of 20pr, sizes 0-3 come in boxes of 10 pr) .This heeled shoe is based on the St. Croix generic shaped Plain model.  The addition of the heels provides added traction in a variety of different terrain.  This shoe is punched for a CH5 nail.
